Scope

Planning, risk assessment, substantive testing of material balances, and reporting. We work from your trial balance, ledgers, and supporting schedules.

Pricing basis

Fixed fee quoted after a short scoping call; fees reflect entity complexity, number of locations, and quality of working papers provided.

Process

How the work unfolds

  1. Intake call to confirm entity type, year-end, and reporting framework
  2. Document request list and kickoff meeting with your finance contact
  3. Fieldwork: sampling, inquiries, and walkthroughs of key processes
  4. Clearance of open items and management representation
  5. Issuance of the report and a closing meeting on findings

Duration

Typically four to eight weeks from complete books, depending on entity size and readiness of schedules.

Location

On-site at your offices in Greater Taichung when practical; remote review of digital binders when preferred.

Preparation

Close the books, reconcile bank and inventory accounts, and assemble contracts for material commitments before fieldwork begins.

Constraints

We cannot accept engagements where independence is impaired, or where records are incomplete beyond a workable reconstruction.
