How we quote financial auditing work
After a short scoping call we issue a fixed-fee proposal for most year-end audits. Day rates apply to short control reviews. Diligence and multi-entity groups are quoted after we see the information pack.
| Engagement | Starting basis | What moves the fee |
|---|---|---|
| Statutory financial statement audit | From NT$85,000 | Number of entities, inventory locations, quality of reconciliations, first-year vs recurring |
| Internal control review | From NT$28,000 | Processes in scope, sites to visit, depth of walkthroughs |
| Pre-loan financial readiness | From NT$35,000 | Number of periods to bridge, covenant calculations required |
| Buy-side financial due diligence | Quoted per brief | Data-room size, industry, exclusivity window |
What we need to quote
- Entity type and year-end date
- Draft trial balance or prior-year statements
- Number of warehouses or branches
- Intended use of the report (bank, group, shareholders)
Payment rhythm
Statutory audits usually bill in two stages: a planning deposit and a balance on draft report delivery. Short reviews may be billed on completion. Deposits and cancellation terms are set out in the engagement letter and on our refund page.
